Nikhil Tiwari, aged 45 years, has been appointed as Managing Director of our Company w.e.f June 29, 2024. He has completed Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from PT. Ravishankar Shukla University Raipur (M.P.), Post Graduate Diploma in Management Program of ICFAI Business School, Hyderabad, Executive Programme on Business Analytics from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, Post Graduate Diploma in Data Analytics from International Institute Information Technology, Bangalore and Master of Science in Data Science from Liverpool John Moores University.

Nikhil Tiwari brings over 21 years of extensive experience in the oil and gas sector, with a proven track record in strategic business development, operations management, and key account management. As the Managing Director, he leverages his multifaceted expertise to drive the company's growth and innovation. He has held key positions at renowned organizations including Confidence Petroleum India Limited, Reliance Retail, Agarwal Motors and ACC Limited.

ASMA MOHAMAD SADIQUE BANANI

Joint Managing Director

Asma Mohamad Sadique Banani, aged 39 years, is one of the promoters of Our Company. She has been part of our board since April 28, 2017 and currently designated as whole time director of our company w.e.f June 29, 2024. She has completed Master in Business Administration (MBA) with Specialization in Human Resources Management from University of Pune. She has around 7 years of experience in HR management and possess the necessary skills to effectively lead and manage the HR function within our organization. Her strategic approach to HR management ensures that the organization attracts, retains, and develops top talent, driving the company's success and growth.

Mr. Darshan Chandan

Director

Darshan Chandan serves as the Independent Director of our Company. He is the Founder of the Bhookh Mitao Campaign, which provides food, education support, and vocational training assistance for slum children and their families. He is the Managing Partner of Hemaditya Impex & Shipping, which operates in Vadodara and Dubai in the area of international logistics and shipping. He is also the Managing Director of Port The Container Private Limited, engaged in container trading, and is associated with other companies as a Director. He has served as Hon. Secretary of TiE Vadodara, Hon. Vice President of EXIM Club Vadodara, and Hon. Secretary of Round Table International.

FEROZ ELIYAS MOHAMMED

CFO

Mohammed Feroz, our Chief Financial Officer in Company since June 29, 2024, brings over 26 years of expertise in finance and accounting, excelling in financial management, strategic planning, and operational improvements. A Bachelor of Commerce graduate from Andhra University, Feroz has expertise in the areas of Finalization & Consolidation of Accounts, Auditing (Internal/Statutory), Budgeting & Forecasting, Financial Planning & Analysis, Taxation (Direct/Indirect), Management Reporting (MIS)

He has led GST implementation, streamlined audits, and introduced Oracle financial modules. His strategic insight and financial acumen are pivotal as we grow and deliver value to stakeholders.

MAHESH MAHESHWARI

Company Secretary

Mahesh Maheshwari, our Chief Financial Officer in Company since June 29, 2024, a seasoned Company Secretary and legal expert, has over 14 years of experience in corporate governance, compliance, and legal advisory across industries like infrastructure, real estate, petroleum, and finance. With a CS qualification and legal expertise, Mahesh excels in compliance, governance, and fostering sustainable business strategies.

Key expertise are Corporate Governance & Compliance, Board & Shareholder Management, Regulatory Liaison (SEBI, MCA, RBI), Legal Due Diligence & Contract Vetting, Corporate Restructuring (Amalgamation, Demerger), IPOs & Public Listings.

He served as Company Secretary for Swaraj Trading & Agencies Ltd., Managed corporate governance at GCKC Projects & Works Pvt Ltd and regulatory compliance at Parsvnath Buildwell Pvt Ltd and Confidence Petroleum India Ltd.

Mehul Pravin Talati

Director

Mehul Talati serves as the Independent Director of our Company. He is a Chartered Accountant in practice with 22 years of experience. He holds certifications as CISA – USA (Certified Information System Auditor) and DISA – ICAI (Diploma Information System Auditor). He is also an Insurance Surveyor and Loss Assessor. His academic qualifications include an M.Com and B.Com, a Master’s Diploma in Software Engineering from LCC, Vadodara, and a Certification Course in Artificial Intelligence from ICAI.

SIVAGIRI SRINIVASAN

Independent Director

Sivagiri Srinivasan, aged 68 years, Holds Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) from Annamalai University and M Mechanical Engineering (Production Engineering) from University of Madras. He has over 31 years experience in LPG and Petrol Retail Department in Reliance Industries Limited (Petroleum Business) and Indian Oil Corporation Limited.
